Hearing 09 Oshawa kid
Enough about Marlies and JRC - Sens whos coming and going - will they be better?
PREDICTION FOR RANKINGS NEXT SEASON

SENS Up
JRC UP
TM UP
REPS DOWN
DMF SAME
VK DOWN
RW DOWN
MM SAME
NATS UP
NYR DOWN
TITANS UP
REBS DOWN
If what I’m hearing is true around the league this is pretty accurate.
Every rep player leaves and they are not as good on another team . Why ?

Because they chase the Jersey instead of the program. Not just the reps.

Ask 57 on JRC how his development went this year.
Ask 18 and 8 on TM how their year went.

Just like 34 on JRC who left DMF, no where to be seen.

Go to the Hill and ask 6 and 88. They’re embarrassed for making that decision. Free ride but with free came a cost.

Soooo many more next year to will regret their decisions, grass aint always greener.
lol 57 and 34 played on a team that was much more successful so I imagine their year has been great unless you are an ego
Maniac and only worried about your own production. Both were valued and played accordingly from what I saw in MS vs JRC
Ego Maniac? you have to look at your kids success as a player and not the teams. JRC had great players that got them to where they are but 57 and 34 did not do much at all from the countless games I saw this year. Both were much better off last year imo
But hey if if your chasing medals instead of development in minor hockey you want go very far beyond that.
You’re still singling out kids but sure aside from that you’re not wrong.

A lot of these parents in the league never played past minor hockey or hockey at all so they dont know. All they can do is look at the standings and assume the best place for their kid to “make it” is at the top. They are also sold the fake dream by the “crest” organizations.
I will chime in that often times success in minor hockey does not lead to success past it but thats for us to know and for them to figure out. You wont change their mind otherwise.

Singling kids out tells you enough about that individual.

Hockey is a team game, your development stems from practicing, coaching and learning.
If you choose MM, JRC and TM.
UPGRADE on where they played last season on all the above
2 of those teams are stuffing there pockets and voids everything you just said.

TM being the best cause parents don’t coach or run the team.

Just letting them give you bags full of money in the background helps. At least you see face value in the others.
