NYR had to go to Russia to find players who don’t know how bad that org is and how corrupt the owners are? How do you say ‘we lost again’ in Russian?

The requirements of making a good team better are having a coach with a plan. Good, well thought out practice plans and preparing systems that complement your players. Practice's with purpose. You need to find the right kind of players and also parent group. If there is one bad apple, it will rot the rest of them. Ever wonder why companies fire the guy talking shit in the corner to others about the workplace? That is a cancer that needs to be eliminated as it will spread through the ranks. Bring in hard working players, players who want to push to be the best without all the hoity toity BS and baggage. There are a few in this age group. The last is to drop the cliques and the defined groups amongst the players and parents. Allowing the kids to bond and to succeed and fail within the safety of the team without judgement. Maybe NYR found it....Guest wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2024 10:32 amFew kids from SCP accepted free rides and accommodations. Probably the only sensible thing I have read in this group Thank you for this breath of fresh air. I actually almost gave up hope reading something intelligent because it seemed to be dominated by toxic angry dad's who live vicariously through their children.
