Don’t chase a spot on a top team, inspire a dedicated group of players on your current team and work your way up.
I believe At this age it’s just time on ice that separates the top teams from the bottom. Look at jrc one of the smallest teams in the league but in the finals defending another championship. Parents just need to realize that development doesn’t happen with the team. You just have to spend the time and money on your own.(and lots of it!)
Nats, marlies , and jrc all top teams all have multiple kids in hockey school
