Predicting with all the player movement, SIR will be contending for top spot next year.
Don't think there will be a lot of change, expect a near identical top 4:

FH
VRE
SIR
TA
Have heard TA not doing so well with additions. Coach made some cut-throat decisions / cuts and had them backfire with strong AA de-commiting. Seems they've settled on weaker players, will take a step back. Both goalies believed to be gone as well.
This is true, Aeros will drop off quite a bit. Unfortunately losing key pieces, as mentioned both goalies and not replacing with anywhere near as strong.
Where did the goalies go? Another team or did they move up? Thought they were both good.
One to AA, not sure of the other. They were good, but wouldn't say AA good.

Aeros will be fine. One player went to AA as did one goalie, who was replaced with an upgrade coming down from AA. Otherwise bottom end of team turning over.

VRE big time improvements. Will be top of the standings again and likely be able to compete with the Eagles.

So maybe 3 Aeros going up to AA (goalie, D and F).

The vast majority are coming back, only a couple of changes. I don't consider that big time anything.
