Being put in a position by the puppet masters does not make him a great coach or a great person. BC gets out-coached in every meaningful game - has zero strategy and feels his team will prevail by just sending the over-agers and the kids of the ones funding his program out there over and over.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Apr 23, 2024 5:45 am..the kids love him? As for people skills or relationships with the kids..go ahead and make a 5-figure offer for the jersey and see how your kid likes it. At least your duster won’t need to shower after the games from sitting on the bench while the rest get all the ice time.

Very interesting times in JRC.
First real controversy. Lost the most meaningful final of this groups time together on Sunday. Trying to create instability on other teams by attacking parents on MHT isn’t working as it is too late in the recruitment process to get people to leave who will be impact players.
The architect of the team and the one people liked and played for in the summer has found a new home for his kid.
The people leaving seem to have no issue telling other players their thoughts on the situation.

Who is staying on JRC?
By my count 8 players and 1 goalie changing - tough to explain why - they were the best team all year - top line minutes not as advertised for some of the fringe players. How many are going to the team as spectators (third lines)....

Why? Can you say the dictatorship of white T-shirt Napoleon and his mini me Coach DE. No one wants to play in that dictatorship where they only care to develop AA’s kid and the selected few buddies the kid likes. The Asian overagers wear on you and playing behind men dressed up as teens can never be fun. They have their challenges. As do all teams.
