The coach of this team is terrible so there’s also that to consider. His own kid skates like he’s riding a horse. Politics as usual because a non parent coach would cut that kid in a heartbeat.
Pretty sure his kid was top 1-3 in scoring - so yeehaw

Hearing that JB's boys embarrassed themselves in the Bauer Spring Shootout this weekend. Couldn't compete so they tried to run players through the boards, taking cheap shots at players on the other teams. Going 1-3 in the AAA division of a spring tournament is not a good look when most other actual AAA teams took their shots in the Elite division. The refs even ended their last game early because of their BS behaviour. Hopefully the board monitors this team carefully based on early events in this tournament, pre tryout skates and their exhibition game vs Guelph that should have been called as well.
