Not so easy. Rental agreement or purchase agreement. School enrollment. So it must be legit. Expect a large group of the NS T1 to play together for a few years. Started from the Saints and now we here .Guest wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 1:52 pmYou don't have to move, but you do have to change your address.Guest wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 1:50 pm Parents are considering move options to potentially play for Redwings. What??? Move just to play hockey. Some people will do anything. Hope you know what you’re doing buddy.

Yes, you must attend a school in the G zone but for the people who want to do it, it isn't a big deal there's lots of choices these days. Just saying you don't have to move there are tons of kids in the G who live outside the zone.Guest wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 2:01 pmNot so easy. Rental agreement or purchase agreement. Yup, some will do it, but not their entire core.Guest wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 2:05 pmYes, you must attend a school in the G zone but for the people who want to do it, it isn't a big deal there's lots of choices these days. there is just no way that almost an ENTIRE team gets away with skirting the system. Does the GTHL care about this mockery? Everyone knows "it happens" but, if an entire team does it - totally different.
Re: 2016 YSE AAA
Kids didn’t go to other teams so they can play with the same core. Why would they not march forward. Most also playing spring together on TE.

Re: 2016 YSE AAA
Not 100% just yet as to where coach goes. High possibility But parents definitely open to moving. Has to be done the right way. Entire team moving will set off red flags because prior to KSL everyone registered under Hockey Canada and now 75% of the team all of a sudden has kids who have moved. But if done legit there will be no issues and that’s what the discussion amongst parents are is to move legitimately.
Re: 2016 YSE AAA
I just simply don't believe, despite what people are saying, that the OMHA AAA centres are that much worse than GTHL AAA centres. They can't be. Especially at U10. Also, I've been around that team, almost NONE of the kids are friends. So I can't see how the parents so badly want to play together as a core that they would go through all the trouble of "moving".Guest wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 2:59 pmNot 100% just yet as to where coach goes. Re: 2016 YSE AAA
You aren't wrong. OMHA isn't much, if at all worse than GTHL. the top three of each league would be competitive, the next three would be competitive with each other, etc.Guest wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 3:08 pmI just simply don't believe, despite what people are saying, that the OMHA AAA centres are that much worse than GTHL AAA centres. I think there has historically been age groups that have had more extreme differences in general from one year to the next.
but in general, nah, about the same.
