Does anyone know if Apr is going to have healthy scratches, or are they loading the bench?

Doubt any team would scratch a player but most U 18 teams go with either 12 and 6 or 11 and 7. It’s not uncommon

Some teams will go 11 and 6 and wait for a drop down mid season as well
