I don’t know much about it, but it’s spring hockey with some good players. What other programs out there are decent? We were looking at pro hockey, but that just seems like a cash grab too.
1/3 of the team didn’t even play a game in the 2010SCTA this season, how is that at all representative of our league? And then they bring in a coach who doesn’t coach in the league, has been fired by the worst team in the G and hasn’t won more that 5 games since COVID.
Why would anyone want to pay for this fiasco? I feel sorry for the sucker parents who paid $4 or 5 g to play in it.

Of course they dont know, CP was the worst coach in the G and couldn't keep his team and the other guy just wants whats best for his own kid. Come on people, if you pay more than $200 for a tournament weekend you are paying for somebodies mortgage. Not sure what you think you are going to get out of this group. BOB was a joke the year it started and continues to be the laughing stock of hockey. Those running it cant even skate, their knowledge of hockey is what they heard Don Cherry speak about on saturday nights. Does anyone honestly believe it's the BoB? I doubt it. It's just another spring/summer tournament. It's not a lot more than what you'd pay to play on a good AAA spring team. Everyone knows it's politics gone wild. That's why a lot of top players don't want to get involved. We all know that it's a huge ego trip for the parent coaches trying to showcase their little benders. Remove those parent coaches and have a committee pick the players, and you may actually get closer to the title of BoB.

If it was truly the BOB they would let the organizations pick the coaches and managers and they would field a team of all stars. You guys are awful. This tournament is the best of the best, show some respec! They brought in CP to coach. He’s the most losingest coach in the GTHL 3 or 4 years running. Plus he just got promoted by the Oates group to head jock strap washer. He cleans the cups of the best.
