Are all the Klevr teams picked? Wondering about a 2016Guest wrote: ↑Wed Jun 12, 2024 8:47 pmNot quite, Aces beat them in a semi finals in one of the spring tournaments. Lost a few games by a goal and then got blown out the last time you are right about thatGuest wrote: ↑Tue Jun 11, 2024 7:24 pmRaiders Omasta, YK , raiders JD, then the rest. Omasta blew out Aces every time.

Re: Klevr
It’s a great place to play if you’re into travelling tournaments every month. It’s a better competitive landscape than league hockey, it’ll be faster hockey with more skilled players. It all depends on your coach (just like regular hockey). If you end up with a great group of kids, and coach it will be a great experience….just like league hockey. Coaching is everything.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Mar 07, 2023 10:27 pmI’m the one who first stated my opinion, so until it’s challenged there’s no onus on me to make any arguments as to why I hold that position. While I personally think that leagues like this are bad for youth hockey, I’d be very interested to hear a counterpoint to my opinion.

Is the cost outrageous like everyone is hearing? Thinking about putting a 2018 in next year to play of it makes senseGuest wrote: ↑Wed Jul 10, 2024 7:44 pmIt’s a great place to play if you’re into travelling tournaments every month. Re: Klevr
The travel is expensive, depending on where you live you may be in a hotel for a weekend a month. Your kid won’t get to play hockey with their school friends either. A lot of long term friendships are born in hockey at the younger ages, before everyone goes off and plays competitive. If you have a handful of strong kids, and a really good coach in your home organization keep your kid there. If you don’t it’s probably worth it to move.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Jul 10, 2024 7:47 pmIs the cost outrageous like everyone is hearing? Go ask a team in the KSL and you’ll quickly realize it’s no where near what people are “saying”
My 2015 made a AAA team… KSL was cheaper by 1k.

Re: Klevr
Apparently, most have left but there may be a few tier 1 teams remaining. With some Tier 2 teams being moved to tier 1 there will teams to play for sure. It’s a great option for city local parents.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Jul 14, 2024 8:06 pm Are there any AAA feeder teams left in the NYHL or did they all jump ship the KSL year 2 already? Not seeing many bashers on here lately so I am assuming they all gave up…

There are two strong tier 1 teams remaining in NYHL that will be feeder teams for strong AAA teams.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 8:01 amApparently, most have left but there may be a few tier 1 teams remaining.
