I've seen parents waiting outside the ref's room to fight him, and I've seen cops called because of parents fighting each other. It's pathetic. When you look back on your child's hockey career, what memories are you going to have? Are you going to remember the games, or the times you fought other parents? It's just sad.
And there is more to this story. These are two parents who have played for the same organization for the past few years; they know each other quite well. TT kid came from UCC. This is probably jealousy based and has been brewing. It’s 100% unacceptable but the incident at hand was simply the catalyst because there is much more to the relationship.

Are the 2 dads lovers, cheating on their wives? Is that why that woman in the video was in the middle of it?

Hi, my son is currently playing in AA, but we are exploring the possibility of moving him to AAA, as it is his draft year, and TT seems like a great fit for him. We have spoken with the coaching staff at TT, and they mentioned that there might be an opportunity for him to join the team. Since it's still early in the season, we’re wondering how the refund process works with our current AA team. Given that AAA is quite expensive, we would like to request a full refund of the fees we've already paid. Does anyone know how this is handled or has anyone experienced this situation before?

Forget the refund. It’s free hockey at Titans. Nobody pays.

If the Titans really want your kid that bad they won’t charge you the full fees. Believe me, I know this from experience.

There is a war going on with fees and hockey. Every team is trying to get them way way down. Thus, budgets tight. The AA team will should refund you 100% less any games/tournaments played to date. This is simple a spreadsheet exercise. You have leverage with Titans but understand a tight budget. You should want to get something. I get it, draft year and you want to make sure he is picked in upper rounds of OHL draft.

Bad idea to come on this site to do your research. This is where jealous haters and trolls come to feed you lies and spread nasty rumors. Go to a TT practice or game and talk to the parents, may be they can offer you advice. Perhaps talk to your current coach. Either way, an opportunity to play on one of the top teams in Ontario seems like a golden opportunity that many AA players would jump at.

Appreciate the feedback. We are jumping at it. TT doesn’t take just anyone, we know other kids who have been trying so we understand this is a big opportunity. We will eventually talk to the coach and TT parents but ww were curious if anyone here knew anything about how this worked.

My son attends a top hockey school due to his talent, we don't have to pay anything his fees have been completely waived. We're fortunate that his skills have earned him this incredible opportunity.
