What is working with Credit River Capitals is the Board. They get it. Very diverse group, volunteer based, extremely strong communication and community driven. Association is in a strong surplus cash position to ensure costs remain in line an participation at all age levels is strong. Many OMHA and G AAA associations have a lot to learn from Credit River.
Credit River is a Trainwreck! Old Boys club. Abuse runs rampant unchecked. FIVE kids have QUIT the U16 team over the past two years and that's DURING the season never
Mind all the talented kids that left that team. Those guys should never coach children period.
Credit River board sucks NO communication
There was an investigation against one of the coaches and the after the investigation he was shown with names what the parents said.
Also The U14 team had 4 players just leave mid season

No org accepts anonymous complaints. courts don't accept anonymous complaints. thats what this site is for.
No organization is great, you will quickly realise this as you jump from team to team unhappy every time! Settle in, be part of a core and enjoy the ride people. I will agree with the management comment, CRC people at the top dont seem to care and come off as scum

I was not anonymous but parents were told it would be confidential Has nothing to do with the courts and everything to do with the integrity of the organization. CRC has none

I agree but when you get forced to be on a team and really have no other options you can't jump

Next year will be better with open boarders
We went to CRC for a tryout and asked the people at the registration table when practice days/times would be. The response we got was “we have no idea”. We ended up leaving. We were from another centre so wanted to make sure it would be reasonable. Another centre that we attended gave us a handout with practice days/times, tournaments, season fees and additional info.

Again, no anonymity with complaints, not how it works. The coaches in every org are told allegations and who they come from.

If you’re making decisions on AAA based on convenient practice times then AAA is not for you.
