He was the best instructor at Snipe. His drills were well thought out and he challenged the kids. He wasn't very sociable though, and I always felt like he was a bit strange.

His father hand picked the emc coaches for years. The weirdness of these coaches is a direct reflection of little Johnnys weird old man. What ever happened to him? Did he move on to ruin another organization?

Not for the current year, so let’s live in the present.

I’m a firm believer in the life skills that sports represent. Youth coaches should actually be life skill mentors and keep kids’ development top priority. The toxicity in this sport is alarming and I’m contributing by commenting on this page, let’s all try and be a bit better. Ripping this guy online isn’t helping, maybe set up a time to talk to JWilly and have a serious conversation. He’s a classy guy, I’m sure he would respectfully handle your concerns

Do you as a parent have an honest-to-goodness understanding of the sport your child is involved in? Because interestingly enough, the parents who typically act like this have never been involved in competitive sports themselves.

Dave warren came first - he wormed his way into the organization then hand picked his buddies (who are all just like him) - they are all extremely unethical - behind the scenes he and his picks face accusations of everything from sexual harassment to player abuse. Daves only objective was to get jw a job in the O - he hand picked great teams for him from day one and thought the 09s were his ticket to glory - until jw ruined them.
People like dave and his coach picks are everything thats wrong with hockey - and guess what they will thrive in open borders. Good luck hockey world!

Dave hand picked little johnny for the 09s 2 years ago. He handed jw this team on a silver platter because they were predicted to be one of emcs top teams - it would make jw look like he knew what he was doing as the head coach of a winning team with multiple draft picks. Then boom little johnny starts working his way up to the big leagues! For those of you who dont know - emc typically gives a coach 2 years with same team. So dave knew all he had to do was hang in there to hand off the team in bantam and hed be assured to get it for their draft year wether dave was there or not. The second he handed off the team to jw he quit - f-ing over the board and leaving them with no coach mentor for the year.
He didnt count on how bad of a coach jw would turn out to be - he ruined the team and the kids chances of top draft spots.
Seems like a fair trade dave - f over 20 kids so your little bender gets a crack at the O.
Makes sense why every firefighter in london hates your guts.

Don’t forget RM, CD, CN allll working their board positions to keep their kids and buddies in place.

This is who wanted JW to keep their kids on top.

They messed with more than just the kids on the team. Messed around alot of other good kids who should be playing emc but aren’t cause of politics and bs.
