Paying who not to work?
The Director of Operations MW. Let her go to save some $ but still showing them on the website. They also had a sharp guy running houseleague and he bolted for the G. This org is being run into the ground.
Total embarrassment that we wasted the money we did on her in the first place.

I'm going to guess there is going to be very little change in the coaches, even though the playoffs have been a disappointment for the majority of AA-A Teams, only a few A Teams making it past the first round..U1A2, U14A, U15A teams in particular.

And then appoint their wives to "Executive" positions within the club, the country club is alive and well in Oakville starting at the top. Also, when was the last election for President of the club? JV seems to rewrite the bylaw rules to keep people from running.

This is every association in OMHA though! Let's be honest.

Is every association being sued right now over the death of a player?

And was every association run for a decade by a Director of Operations who ran it into the ground while taking zero responsibility for her numerous mistakes? And is every association run by a 3 term President who buries his head in the sand every chance he gets?

3 Terms and the last 2 without elections, funny how he changes the ByLaws to suit himself. How crazy is it to not have elections and just appoint who he chooses AFTER changing the rules to prevent all but 1% of the membership to run for President.

Is the U12 AAA team for next year pretty much set in stone?

AAA teams should be set, if they aren’t then the team has issues. Several Oakville AAA coaches won’t even be in the country during tryouts…
