But they still are top kids in Ontario and will all have bright futures. It’s a phase of there hockey careers. Relax and enjoy the ride.
Everyone on this board should recognize what it took for these kids to make it to this level- brick tournament . Whether they won or lost, these are the top 200 kids.

Bravo to all them , it takes a lot of discipline hard work and skill to be at this level.

Kudos to all the kids on the bulldogs and PH to making it . You made us all proud :) . Keep striving for your dreams

To all the parents , you have done a wonderful job in having your kids chase that dream . If it doesn’t work out in the end just know your kid has attained new life skills in leadership, striving for your goals and most importantly friends that will never be forgotten.

Stop the negative bullshit and look at the positive people.
Seems like a lot of money for a tournament in a mall…..

Tep and Fontaine will destroy Minnesota . Not a chance for Minny
While everyone’s watching Tep, Tep will be watching his dad.
#stagedad #dadager

Tep dad is certifiably insane. Screaming his head off at his kid constantly. Kid has talent but will hate hockey before his teens. Book it.
Contact will change the game for all these kids. You’ll be surprised who rises up. The end to end garbage stops very soon.

That’s the bad news for some players like the agents kid and the other mini’s on PH. They shat the bed this week and when contact starts it’ll only get worse. Enjoy the ride everyone.
One more year of winter hockey then you start to see big changes
Unfortunately some kids will stop or move down to A but doesn’t mean they are done everyone grows differently and when or if ready will be back

It seems LT set a new points per game record at the tournament. Is he that good!? Or has the rising cost of the tournament and hockey in general made it so some potentially really good athletes aren't getting into the sport or this tournament, so the depth of talent isn't there anymore?
LT is the real deal. Look out for him in the 1st round of the 2029/2030 NHL draft.
He is just that good.

Who’s got the scoop on the PH parent drama? Seems like someone was just stirring the pot seeing as though no details were shared.

The team did well. Nothing to be ashamed of. But I get why some parents might be angry…

- Some kids barely saw the ice all week
- some players were given way more ice than they deserved
- other than Antro, MM, ZGB, and JP were way more deserving of recognition with an appearance at the showcase
- Late additions outplayed early picks
- Money talked (but couldn’t buy everything)
- offence failed them with one of the weakest GF among playoff teams (and bottom half among all teams in the tournament)
- LA, EA, KW, EW, GD - You kids deserved better
- CAx2 - no words…other than LH and the godfather pulled off the ultimate grift

PH Team lacked in size 100% teams over powered them
D players don’t know how to close the gap because they can’t skate backwards. Forwards couldn’t win battles and struggle to skate MA to be one for example Minnesota good skating gritty team went right through pH Great experience for you all but you all got exposed.

Arguably the best 2 way player from Ontario didn’t even go to the tournament, LH called them 3 weeks before the brick to ask him to attend after turning it down for financial reasons so they take RS… LT would of helped PH. Very defensive minded and hard to play against. I can’t see how anyone would want to pay all that money for a week. Kudos to those who went, but some can’t afford the cost of 3 months mortgage for a tournament. Ontario Brick teams are 2 times the cost of any others. It’s robbery

Agreed a few players were overlooked. And many couldn’t afford or didn’t want to spend the money. Others looked at it and just couldn’t justify the hype.

What team does LT play for? Not ringing a bell.
