How does it compare to the 2005 and 2004 group from HEO?
It is clear the CCHL could care less about HEO players. And they (half the teams) don't have the tools for proper development....good coaches. Kids/advisors know that and stay away

Prove any of that!!! Ahahaha

HEO fail3s to develop the players to be good enough to make a CCHL team.
The CCHL had 8 years to develop U6,U17 and U18 players and they failed. The number of HEO players in the CCHL dropped by 20% under the CCHL development pathway. Get your facts straight.
coaches
The HEO doesn't develop players, it's HEO's job. Player development needs to happen LONG before a player ever gets to be available to the CCHL. LONG BEFORE. HEO has them for 9-12 years "before" the CCHL. It's in that time frame that player development occurs. If a player can't skate well enough, handle the puck well enough, shoot well enough, etc. that's not on the CCHL it's on HEO-all day long.
Players develop at different rates. All teams have coaches, Players do not come to any level finished. They progress as the mature and develop their skills. You can take skating lessons your whole life and you will never skate like Bobby Orr but you can get close to your individual potential. The best players are the best because they started at a higher level and took steps on their own to improve.

Don't see a point in this post.

What does "started at a higher level" even mean!?!?!?

Show me some facts-I'd love to see them.

The only fact we have is that HEO has failed to develop players during the most significant and impactful time in their development process. Too bad we didn't have better leadership to handle this issue at the Branch, league, AAA, AA, team and association levels to properly address this black eye on minor hockey here. The solution is evident, apparent, easily identified, already in place in private options, yet ignored by those in decision making positions in minor hockey in HEO.

It's quite frankly pathetic. Go, use your "alleged" stats to prove literally nothing. You actually prove my point, perhaps I should thank you.

As a 2006 parent what surprises me is that all the 2006 that were drafted in the O only two (could be wrong) are playing in the CCHL. The others are either playing in the 0 and the others that are committed have gone to develop elsewhere. Big missed opportunity from the CCHL to develop those that have decided to leave.
How does it compare to the 2005 and 2004 group from HEO?

If we are talking about 2006 players that got drafted in the O at the priority draft and are playing in the CCHL OJS has one Nepean has one and CP has one. The players who were drafted and that could play in the CCHL but decided to leave and not to play in the CCHL Renfrew has two, OJS has one, Navan has one, Kemptville has two, Nepean has two and Brockville has one. Four of those players have commitments and decide to develop elsewhere. The rest are signed in the O and are either playing or playing on the affiliated teams. I could be missing a few but all those players were develop by HEO. To recap three have stayed and nine have left. That's on the CCHL pushing local players away and not trying to attract them to stay. But I'm sure you will argue that none of this is true and just fabrication

Give initials or player numbers.

Why won't you address your 20% claim?!?!?! BS right.

I already know I'm right.

You "may" have players who went elsewhere, so what. You don't know why. What we do know is, they weren't good enough for the CCHL.

Also, some commitments, like RW who had left, if you believe it was based in merit, I have a bridge to sell you. Same with AS.

If you know so much about hockey and the story behind all the players I'm sure you can figure this task out. For those committed you just have to look at the commitment site to see who is going where again not hard to figure out.
You also need some education on who and why players get committed, must be because you have not been through the process oh yeah right I remember lots of ppl are looking at your kid lol
