Screws it up for everyone when there are only so many that advance to the elimination round and total goals for and against matter.

There are many teams that shouldn’t be there not just TB. Lol there are some lower end US teams and other ON teams that shouldn’t be there either. I would say every group has at least one team that shouldn’t be there some groups have multiple teams that should not be there:
