Not parents. The dad. Crazy to teach his kid to quit teams like this. He's setting the kid up for failure down the road. Scouts don't like this kind of drama.
Theres also something to be said for teaching your kids that its ok to leave a bad or toxic situation as a life skill. How many people are stuck in jobs and relationships that make them miserable because they were never given the tools to do whats best for their own well-being

True. But if you have 5 lousy relationships and 5 toxic work environments, maybe, just maybe you should take a look in the mirror.

There's also something called perseverance. That's a good life skill, don't ya think BL? Yes, you were justified to leave London, as I know it was a very bad situation with the coach and the other parents. Halton offered your kid a sweet deal. Didn't you get some or all of the fees covered for you? What else do you want????!!!! You're too involved. Let your kid play and have some fun. Let him make friends and leave him in a school for more than a couple of years! You're ruining your son for what? Some pipe dream of yours? You're setting your son up for eventual failure down the road. Go back to work and keep yourself busy away from your obsession with your kid's future in hockey.

Scouts and coaches don’t like big talkers who shat the bed with 1 goal in 6 games at the brick either. Special talent my ass! He had his chance to play with the big boys and couldn’t hang.

What’s the latest with the TRW? Heard another player there may not be happy and be looking to get out. Truth to this or no?

Why are the unhappy? Seems like a good team.

Wins and losses don’t tell you how anything about how players get treated so could be a lot of things.

i can tell you there are alot of unhappy people there. Talk about cut throat environment! Coach does not develop...plays only to win every game. Zero knowledge.
