Keeping costs down is great however you still have to keep up with development. Other teams can cut costs and cut practices on ice. It won't help them skate.

NT lost last night. Any idea if the score matched the play?

Are talks of "skates" just rumours at this point or have they started up?

A few teams have started. Most are waiting until January.

To be honest team culture really only exists in house league.
I’ll move my child if it becomes too competitive and he just isn’t there.
I understand when playing aa or a teams want to win. So the culture goes unfortunatley. At the end of the day you just has to be good to stay in those higher levels teams.
