Ontario Winter Games

Interested in your thoughts about this event. What is it all about? Is this just a showcase thing? Is it similar to the OHF's? Is it worth it? Our team is 1st place in our area and has accepted an invitation to the event...Is it worth it? Has anyone attended previous Ontario Winter Games?
