Jrc must be getting desperate pulling from sens kids. Size only matters if they can play with the size they have, otherwise faster kids will blow by them.

Truth is every team is looking for bigger players. Of course there’s the few smaller ones that are exceptional and they will always have a spot on any team. But if you think teams aren’t going to look for size you’re sadly mistaken. Take a look at U14/ U15 D rosters

Size for D will be taken over skill. But lots of growth to happen in next few years with kids. Some bigger kids won’t grow anymore so take it while you can!
