Well I've been told that the Guelph AA team could beat the Guelph AAA team. I believe it after our team lost 10-0 to them last night.

Well...not sure about that but I do know the a top A team can beat a bottom AA team and a top AA team can beat a bottom AAA team any day of the week.
It depends how bad Guelphs AAA team is.
