They appear to be the weakest teams, so take that with a grain of salt Also, spring hockey/Canalan Tournament.....not a very accurate measure of how strong or weak a team really is, as we all know....

Just played a top West team and was competitive in a close loss. Say what you want haters. Team is on upwards.

Who's hating? All that was said is that it isn't an necessarily accurate representation of who is stronger or who is weaker ...goes both ways....Relax NYK Dad.

And all I said was they just faced off against VR of the west and was in it until the final mins of the game. Game could have gone both ways. VR also had their full line up plus their AAA TYN D. Wonder how yiur bottom feeder team and kid would do?

Looks like no one is hating on anyone EXCEPT YOU. Hit a nerve I guess. Have a good weekend and hope all teams have fun at the tournament.

NYK coach still knows absolutely nothing about hockey

It was the SIR A team that played with the A group not the AA team.

Someone commented on here that SIR played in a single A tournament. How did they do?

NYK had kids on various tournament teams and had a few not even play.
Spirit were in tournament but it was a wide range of players not just SIR.

They had 1 AAA player who is on the rebels. The rest are on their team next season (believe it or not). They were however 4 open roster spots .. by the looks of it they played with a short bench according to the canlan roster..if we’re getting technical.

Not bad to play VR twice and give their full roster a run.

Spring hockey is spring hockey though!

Forest Hill will be a force next season!

Agreed. Especially if they stole NYK AA & A players right under that young coaches nose.

They’ll be a good team in the league if they added more talent but I just don’t feel they have the bench staff to win the whole thing
