Dissolve kingston and give choice to go west to eta (quinte)or east to Ottawa. Amalgamate Whitby and AP, dissolve NCP and give choice to go to cow or Barrie.

APR and WW should join. APR in 95 percent of the age groups suck at the aaa level.

WW goalies dont belong on any top goalie list. Others are good picks. Gonna be interesting to see where NSW finish in all age groups. Will have to start amalgamating other centers to keep up? NCP and Kingston already struggle at most ages.

In general, the loop does not have a ton of strong goalies. In no particular order, this is who stands out.

1. YSE main goalie (played BoB)
2. KJG big goalie
3. Whitby long time goalie (although he is falling off a bit affer taking summers off)
3. NCP main goalie
4. COW goalie (from RH)

Maybe most Iive game practiced, but not the best.
Now we’re being biased based on shots and tram success again. Neither grant you the crown of being the best goalie.
Top or bottom. The argument was not to be biased and if you’re trying to judge, don’t just base it on gaa, use it as a reference point not an absolute.

couldn't agree with this more. GAA isn't a true depiction of the goalies skill, lots of goalies on weak teams get peppered with 30+ shots a game but let in a few. goalies on strong teams see less than 12 shots a game and still manage to let in a couple.
Kjg have the best goalie in the age group faces 40 plus shots every game he plays

💯 true. BC doesn’t win cuz of their goalies. Put them on any mid pack team and they still a mid pack team. If your kid is a goalie stay away from top teams unless they a top team cuz of your kid.

As a lurker with no kid this age - I can't agree more.

my kid (much younger, also a goalie) went and tried out a few places this spring. I knew he was a solid goalie for his age, but after comparing him to a bunch of goalies from "top teams" and being offered spots it put things in perspective.

My kid take ~20 break-aways a game, their goalies do donuts around their nets because they are bored. Obviously at the younger ages this is more exaggerated (being on a good team vs a bad team) but it does ring 100% true. The best goalies aren't always on the best teams. Typically they aren't.
