kids playing days are numbered . i have seen kids on there
that have poor stats last few years but were jonny hockey when they were younger so dad thinks that should stay the same.

Why the arguments? Ottawa has been saying for years that if the borders opened up they would compete with the top G teams. I think that was more than proven last weekend.
It's irrelevant to say that only "in-season" league play matters because the talent in Ottawa would again be spread out into 5 teams while the Toronto teams would remain largely unchanged from what they were last weekend.
Yes, Toronto teams are better but pound for pound, Ottawa players are better.

Your lame steel team couldn't beat G winter teams last spring for Fs sake. Get out of here bud, so eager to gain acceptance from G.
