Top 2 WW F, and Top D already in talks with JRC for the U-11 season. There is a rumor of TM in the mix as well because the brick spots being contingent on playing for TM for U-11.
Enjoy the trophies and medals in U-10. WW AAA program have nothing to combat their top kids leaving year after year to the G. Perhaps a change in leadership and direction for the organization at the AAA level is due?
A majority of brick players disappear by U15. Cool experience for the player and family but that’s all it is.
That's simply not true historically.
Do I think the true "best players" are playing on Brick teams? No. But, they are absolutely good players, and the vast majority will be continuing to play on top level hockey teams for the majority of their career.
Of course there are some players that fade away for many reasons.

Hes likely not good enough (or at the very least we are active enough in promoting him), but even if he was, we couldn't afford it. That doesn't make my statement less true.
