Okay, but what change are you referring too? What is the focus? Org. and Teams Fees, Parent Coaches, Parent leasing/control of clubs, movement of players etc... What???

I've spoken to some rival team executives and they had some very interesting insights into all of this. Each of them left the conversation with one line:
