Your completely dilutional and the bottom line is if your kid is playing AA and will never be noticed. I would think any kid on VP would trade the AA experience for AAA. Spring hockey rosters are different than the real hockey season and no one cares about it.
Put your money where your mouth is and play the REPS or REBELS for 10K in September!
You must be paying double 10k dad your kid is a pigeon. Accept your bottom feeder lost to a real solid AA team.

I dont know who in their right mind let that team be formed. How are AAA teams like that not able to pull together AAA players from other teams, joke and embarrassment to the organization.
which game?

Guest wrote: Mon May 13, 2024 11:53 pm I think its a joke that teams like the nats are even considered “aaa”. Losing to a AA team is a joke. To give the panthers credit, their goalie deserves a spot in AAA, crazy to think that talented kids like that get overlooked because some parents are willing to spend 40 grand to fund bottom feeder teams just so their kid can sit on the bench all game and say they play “AAA”
I watched the Bears (Vaughn Panthers) play Whitby and Nats. The Bears seemed to dominate the majority of the game. I don’t disagree, it is outrageous that some of these kids get overlooked. The stand out players for me: Forward (Testani), Forward (Wang), Goalie (Tuck), Defense (Shore). How ever I do think the nats lack in success was because of a relatively new team. Once they form some chemistry hopefully we’ll see improvement.
I guess the question now is which dad are you from the 4 you listed below. No one watches 1 game and fires off 30% of the teams kids names.

Hmmmm………

And it’s not outrageous these kids get overlooked. Because they don’t. They try out. They call. They text. Coaches sometimes go watch. There bottom AAA talent. There are 200 kids who can be 8-9 on a team. Whether you take this kid or that kid, they are all replaceable. So why would a coach get rid of a player if who he is bringing in is the same quality. I would rather take a AAA kid who played in the loop coming from another team than a AA kid who’s a bottom 2 or 3. What’s outrageous is you think it’s outrageous. I’m going to do some digging though and find out who from your list of four are actually tops on VP. Then we can all know who your kid is when probably one you listed is not. I’ll circle back soon……….
I disagree some of these kids do have a lot of talent and get overlooked because of money. But the Panthers went 4 and 0 in one preseason AAA tournament, this is the u16 year and no focus should be on a AA team at all none of these kids will be drafted

The reality is the VP didn’t play any real AAA team this past weekend. They would have had 5-10% pick possession (if that) if they played any top 10 AAA team from the G.

Regarding the players mentioned above, excluding the tendy, All three players listed above skated with 4 of the 6 bottom AAA teams in the G as well as the MW AAA in the O, and couldn’t crack the line ups. With all due respect, the three players mentioned are not AAA players hence they couldn’t crack the line up of a bottom 6 AAA team. They try every year and every year the same results. It is what it is.
Tendy is a scrub gets carried by his team. Not AAA caliber.
