Hockey Canada named a parent coach to a national team?
Huge honor for him to get this job. Imagine he beat out a lot of strong candidates.
You idiots it’s a Carnevale Group thing it’s not an official Hockey Canada thing. Come on. Use your heads

Just another money grab.
Original troll here. That’s the joke.

You know KV wouldn’t put a team in that he didn’t think was strong enough to win it
The lack of knowledge is startling. KV is done spring. YK was the Penn chapter with a few WW sprinkled in to fill it out.

Not the same thing. I don’t get some of these assumptions.

The talent at 2015 is great, however, the Brick will always be limited by politics. This is why Toronto doesn’t win. That PHD team last year was great and beat Mtl all season in the lead up to the Brick.

BD by far the most talented. They change a couple pieces out and they’re a big threat!!

PHD needs to clean house and find a way to get LA and HB together.

These squads will look different come next yr. Lots of out of towners will be taking up spots.

Good luck to those who will pursue the Brick.
PHD is cleaning house , the clow JS&FS are just riding out the rest of this spring since they already have parents locked in. I bet they don't win a single tournament they have left. Go look at the 2014 brick team, very different from what was the elite 2014 "pre brick" team a year ago.

with what looks to be a good age group and how p[political the brick is i would start getting your releases now and go play for another Canadian team or American one.
surprising there hasn't been a whole lot of 2014 brick talk...maybe many of those parents are normal and don't waste time on forums like this.
Lol - search harder my friend. Their forum was pretty insane. No action lately so you will have to dig into this site, but it is there and bananas…
2014 has a higher level of crazy, but 2015 has more quantity.
Give us time.

You know that wasn't the OG YK.
70% of their players didn't play.

Maybe, but its unfortunate there isn't a better tournament that starts up that can somehow actually be "best on best" instead of all the interference of things like Money and Politics.

It won't happen, I am not naïve. But, its a shame you can't have nice things in Hockey.
I hear what you’re saying but that’s not necessary at 10.

And impossible while parents are still so intimately involved in the process. If you can buy your kid an OHL draft pick than you can def buy a Brick spot.
