From what I see, he’s a good coach, knows his stuff, sure there is always a parent kid bias but he’s coaching teaching the kids. And why?

JB hands down. Keeps everyone in line has been able to consistently be top 3 with minimal roster changes. He’s the only one developing players every other team just goes for the next best thing.
