Any organization where the parents pick the team or tell the head coach who is or isn't on the team.

I know they are new but Credit River. Every team with the exception of the U14(2010) team is at the bottom of the league.

I can't speak for all age groups but the 2012 coach coming form AA and bringing all his players with him cut legit AAA players so they can finish last

Newmarket. Politics make them change their president every year and VP Rep resigns right after new term.
All coaches positions given to born and rises in Newmarket. Go to check their coaches resume. If you are not born in that town, don’t go there to play.
