Why not? Curious why you believe that.
From what I've seen / heard the Lightning, Avs, Sharks all made drastic changes and improvements.
Skeptical thw changes were that "drastic" but we'll see. Knowing the eagles changes I think they'll be better next season.
Bottom 3 (Attack, Rangers & Panthers) are basically select teams so everyone else will get a bunch of easy wins there. Unfortunate.
