Wolverines came 8th in round robin of last Canlan tournament, they played in a fake consolation of 5 Vs 8 and 6 Vs 7 where they lost the "consolation final". But sure push that narrative. They also had a psychopath mom walk on THE ICE DURING the game to tell at refs.

Hey Ricky, glad you finally got your grade 10 and are able to put a sentence together. Here is some math for you:

No idea who Ricky is, but one thing he seems to get straight are facts. Wolverines dad seems to think losing a 5th place consolation final means his team will improve drastically next season. Everyone take a step back and admit results at a Canlan tournament in June mean just about nothing. Half the teams aren't even actual teams, but random players on a spring tournament team. Players are playing with teams that aren't their own. Yes, I know for a fact Rattlers, VR and Wolverines had players who aren't on their actual team. Some cases it benefitted them and others not so much.
Relax, especially the mom on the ice. Get away from the rink, it's good for your kid, and YOU. Seriously, that's messed up, hope the team took action.

My kids team has played the Wolverines this summer. They are big, fast and play well. The parent group has been polite and under control. Keep making fun of them so your kid will be surprised when they get beat badly by them this fall.
I don't think anyone was making fun of anyone but when one parent walks on the ice that's insane. Not a reflection of the parent group as a whole but it happened right??
I get it. If that happened then the parent(s) need to be spoken to. These kids are 14/15 now. Time for mom and dad to step back and let their kids grow up. Support them from a distance. There’s no need for a parent on the ice or in the dressing room anymore. Fact: your kids don’t want you that involved and they find it embarrassing. Back off!
Totally agree. The parent vibe from many teams over the weekend was a joke, especially at Canlan Scarborough where parents form both teams are all forced to stand by the glass together unless you are in the restaurant, which would be recommended to separate yourself from the negative energy. It was like a bunch of high school kids down there for many games for many teams.
If I took a camera down there it would make for great TV but in the end it's embarrassing. It becomes a mob mentality and it would be great if it would stop. Just shut up and watch and be happy for your kid. You have zero control over anything so keep your trap shut. Your kids can't hear you and you can't affect the refs. Even when you do complain through proper channels, nobody cares. Get over yourselves. If you can't handle yourself according go up to the restaurant where it's quiet or better yet go home.
