Guest wrote: Fri Jun 07, 2024 12:15 pm So which teams improved and which teams lost kids?

Feel like Willowdale and the Aeros are going to have a rough season.
Improved… SIR, LF and FH.

Moving down….

TA, TR, Willowdale, WH & NYK

offseason projections for next season

Forest Hill, VRE and SIR battle for top 3 spots

Aeros will drop down standings and it'll be season long dog fight with West Hill, York Mills, TRT, LF, and NT for playoff spots.

Islanders on the outside of playoffs next year.

Willowdale, NYK and GP will all struggle next year unfortunately and will have to find points playing against each other.
All just guesses really but...I think GP will be slightly better than people think, no playoffs but vastly improved.

MI I believe will surprise, definite playoff spot and top 5 finish.
Groupings:

1. FH - Top team and made improvements.
2. SIR - Will challenge FH.

3. VRE - Same team but may slip a bit.
4. NT - Some strong additions. Very skilled but small.

5. LF - Lot of new strong players. But also lost a couple of strong kids.
6. Aeros - Will slip but still strong.
7. TRT - Improved, but not enough.

8. WH - Weaker but will challenge group ahead.

9. MI - Lost top player but improved overall.

10. YM - Lost top players. Will struggle to make playoffs.

11. NYK - Total Reboot.
12. GP - Improved but still weak.
13. Willowdale - Will struggle.
Definitely a LF parent ^^^
No doubt.
FH- Oilers type of power play take a penalty and teams will pay
SIR- The goon squad with top talent on the back end and up front
VRE- outside of the parent group does anyone really care
NT- if they play one goalie and get scoring could be a scary team
TA- Fairly solid all around
MI- Sounds like that cancer that was 90something is gone
LF- ????? Haven’t heard much but that might be a good thing for them
WH- another mediocre team but should see a ticket to the dance then who knows
TRT- added a kid who is a good hockey player if he can keep his opinions to himself but seems to have lost quite a bit
YM-again??????
Nyk,GP & WD- crabs in a bucket

MI will be top 4. You say overall improved but have them lower than last season? Anyway they are better than last season.

Easily lost to SIR in playoffs, who are much improved. FH stronger. VRE top 3 though.
