Blatantly Racist comment about MI.
Guest wrote: Wed Jun 19, 2024 9:02 pm Brothers from EE to NT non factor. Parent cut each year due to a crazy Dad. Kids collecting jerseys. TRT Goalie can play AAA but why rush it and try an OHF championship. He doesn't have a crazy Dad. SYB is a cult, GM and Coach are too close. SIR will be ok but not a contender. EE should be A or open their eyes and recruit a little. NYK will compete but didn't add any studs but better than the kids they had. MI has 1 year before 1/2 the team joins the symphony. Flames has a Coach who thinks his team is better than he has.

If you can’t get mid pack or higher- not worth it.
Say all the parents who couldn't get spots on any of those teams...
100% this. I love all the parents that mock the “bottom feeder” teams in AAA and make it sound like their kid is in AA by choice because they would only move up to AAA if it was for the right team. The truth is the gap between AAA and AA is large - even comparing the “bottom feeder” AAA to top AA. The truth is your kid couldn’t make it. It is rare to see a AA kid successfully make the jump. For the few that have more times than not they don’t last more than a year. There have also been several kids that were cut from AAA that move down to AA and are easily the top players. Again these are cuts from “bottom feeder” AAA teams. So go one keep telling yourself that your kids could play there but you don’t want to chase the A - it’s not worth it. See you at next years tryout.
Also what these delisounal people don’t under stand is the gap gets further and fruther every year. We are going into year 4 of minior Hockey. This isn’t U10 where a lot of players have a shot to move up. Less than 1% in AA would Actually do anything in AAA

And a mid pack player on DMM, also lost their top goalie to AAA
Surprised the TRT goalie didn't move up to AAA.
Apparently a couple of the D tried to move up but no dice
Apparently a spot with MM was turned down, surprised MM didn't want the goalie , better than the NT goalie.
smart parents managing them.

MM, TT, reps are bottom feeder teams that are essentially AA kids with parents who want AAA. those teams will only win against each other. reps probably won't win a game this year.
TT have great players on this team for next year. Ones that came from top 3 teams - the asian group coming to play here. They will not be a crap team next year but will finish 9 or 10. MM, MR and Sens the bottom 3 next year.
Pretty sure this poster was joking...just in case he's not...

You're counting on an undersized zero grit asian core to lead a AAA team? LOL. Combine that with news anchorman kid who wouldn't even be top F on LF and some midget dman that got cut from mid pack for being too small.

Why come to a AA thread? Is it because there are 1129 pages at the 2012 GTHL AAA thread?

Lol buckle up … you and your kid are in for one at the AAA level.

They picked up the two top scorer brothers from EE. Not sure if that makes any difference/upgrade

True. Even worse if you can’t get a spot on those teams.
