Not 'Brick' Kids .. I agree they may not make NHL but will have the option to go onto Div 1 Hockey, OHL and professional hockey in Europe. Not a complete ROI behind the Brick but the pathway to achieving a level the very very few attain in the sport. Brick kid will always be special.

I have 2 boys who both played in the brick and it’s an amazing and prestigious event but I think it’s gone too far to say doors will be opened for them for D1 or OHL because of the Brick. In 2 years it doesn’t mean a thing, trust me on that. Enjoy the experience though because it is truly amazing while it lasts.
Agree with this completely. Also a dad of a past brick player. Let the idiots talk, give your kids the best you can. Sure it's a rung on the ladder, but just because you start climbing, there's a lot of other rungs to hit on the way to the top
Imagine how good it would feel to make hundreds of thousands of dollars to own the team and monopoly on the brick. Have the gull to roster your underage, undeserving, under talented kid last minute, after absolutely rinsing all the parents on the team, while offering no rebates for any of them. That is winning
