My son didn’t make the aaa team, he wasn’t ready. But the EMC kid isn’t a aaa player either. Parents are talking about that for sure.

You can hate the parents but that kid is a aaa player. And if you knew MM, you’d know he wouldn’t take him if he wasn’t. MM isn’t doing any favours for anyone. He wants the best team he can get. Let it play out and save your “I told you so” til the season gets going.

EMC roster doesn't matter. Those new kids have no idea what they got themselves into. They won't see the ice against strong teams.

Maybe not. But what was RD thinking getting rid of that D?Wouldnt have been most peoples pick to let go. He should have kept the D that’s been with our team from the start and just replaced the open D spot. We knew no one could have filled MDs spot. These new kids have a lot of catching up to do. I’m sure they were sold the “you’ll get lots of development on the alliance champions team”

The family is a great family. They didn't deserve to be let go. The new kids need in game situation experience to develop and we all know that won't happen.

EMC’s choices are a win for all involved.
The kids that got cut get to see the ice the paid for.
The kids that left are happier on the teams they join.
The new kids get to say they play AAA.
The coaches kids get to see more ice than they deserve.

This post is bang on!! I don’t see a reason for them to cut a kid they barely gave ice time to, just to replace him with another kid who they’ll barely give ice time to. But in the end, it’ll work out for majority, if not all.

Chathams the team to beat next season. So much grit - and talent - with that group. Fantastic coaching. I think EMC will drop. Doesn’t matter how good their top few players are, they can no longer carry that team. They’ll have to develop the bottom half a lot more or find their way back to team play.

Here is the thing.. personally.. I don’t care about EMC. EMC isn’t the only team bj has been a part of. Trash emc.. that’s perfect. Bj has done this in multiple places and he’s made himself a target.
