That's actually pretty impressive.
Wow, out of the MHL.

Which team has the least players from novice hockey?
And the bottom feeders don’t count
VK has 1 left.
Jrc 2
Tm 10
Nats have a some
Nats have two. One of them is the coaches son, so technically, they only have one

Nats are irrelevant, and really so are the other 8 teams.
The only three in conversation would be the top three.
It’s impressive that TM has carried 10 orginal players with 6 from the novice year, which to me sounds like a well rounded team.
And ironically the likelihood of anyone making it from the top 3 teams is negligibly. There is a better chance of late maturation kids going much further. Junior and out for the early growers!

They also have 10 players coming back next year who have been there since minor atom. That must be more than any other team? Others?

TM has changed 9 players since winning a championship one year ago.

Is the player retention a TM organization philosophy or is it specific to this team.

As an org they haven’t really won much in u16 over the last several years. Is the goal to have a few exceptional players or to win at the later ages.

TM are building the right way. Keeping most kids together and low turnover. Once again will be a top team this year. My son is on mid-pack team, and TM is the only top team I would consider.
