Titans & TRW made the most significant changes in a positive direction.
JRC, Nats made the most significant decline.
Marlies are the same or worse. Softer up front and slower on D. Back up goalie is questionable. Zero positive additions.
Sens will improve slightly.
DMF is in decline. Top goalie and entire D core gone.
VK, NYR & MR will all be better.
MM & Reps same or worse.
The Reps kept one good player. The rest are coming from AA or lower?! Everyone with half a brain packed up their shit and left if they could. If an organization can be paid to fire a whole bench staff (for being honest about kids abilities), the stable minded people will go.
Can we stop talking about the reps? They will play 33 games next season and 30 of those games the clock will be running in the third. The parents truely believe that Sk8 on sessions are going to push them to the top…we will see
More like 35 of those games… some of the kids came from A. Surprised they would even want to go considering they won’t win a game
There should be a rule, that if your organization has less than 10 points all season that you get relegated to AA, where you belong. Nothing worse than listening to delusional reps dads thinking a summer of mid training is going to somehow change their kids lack of strength, skating and iq. Enjoy the last season with the extra A, while watching your kids come out of the rink heads down in shame…
There is a rule like that in the G.
But the G doesn’t follow it’s on rules.
Is there a rule to that effect? I think the major problem in enforcing it would be, that because they are privately owned teams, and in essence a business, it would hard to tell someone one paying dues where they can register their team. It's not like in the O, where they are town run teams, that's easy for the governing body to say "your team is NOT competitive at AAA level, we are relegating your center to a AA center".
