Not even close, turmoil still on every roster. Lots of players in places where they don't belong. I have an older and a younger boys and the 2012 age group is clearly the craziest.

Not even close, turmoil still on every roster. Lots of players in places where they don't belong. I have an older and a younger boys and the 2012 age group is clearly the craziest.

Clearly it is working for NYR… TE was established last year and many of the GTHL champions (his own team won 2014) at multiple age groups are TE players. Whatever you guys have against TE is just jealousy that your trainers can’t get the help the kids improve at the same rate… proof is in the results

There is a reason all the top players at multiple age groups do there… check their instagram, countless draft picks wear the baby blue. So hate all you want, he knows how to develop skill.
just stop it. none of these "elite" guys develop anyone. they ask over developed players to join and then they post some videos of them doing skills. no complaints here. delusional parents love the all the spring gear they get to buy and if it so happens it says ELITE, then everyone is happy! :)
