Why are top teams struggling to find talent?
How many kids scored more than 20 last year? Not more than two or three for each top team and even less for other teams. that's the reality of the G it is hard to score and talented kids are coveted and kept happy unless they are problems or coach is dumb as a box of hammers. How do you propose coaches entice them to come to another team? Sell development (they all do that) Ice time (they all promise ice time) free ride or reduced fees perhaps but those are far and few between. The struggle is real.
