JRC is good because they have good players. They don’t play good cohesive hockey. Hence why you have so many kids leaving and so many kids that won’t even be happy when they leave the rink as OHF champs. There is something about developing a group from a young age and not always bringing in the best of the best year after year. The teams that keep a great core and bring in small pieces here and there will be the best teams at U16. Massive exodus at JRC next year and it starts with the leader and coach. Its easy to win when you get the best players coming in every season. It’s not easy at U16 when you have that model. This will be their year and it will be their last year because the teams that build and develop will surpass them very soon. Also the program is starting to get a bad reputation so players may want to go elsewhere.
