He was able to bring some RH AAA players and that made the team decent but that's about it.
The players make the team not the coach. Coach’s role is to direct, correct and reward. Caps may have packed the team this year but will have to ramp up their game to run up the Rangers.
Unfortunately for everyone, this coach directly reward his son with ice time..........correct?
