If a kid is good they will make a team. No team will turn down a truly good player regardless of finances or relationships. And that's how it should be.
This is wrong. It is how it should be, however good kids get passed over because of money and relationships all the time.
There are no studs left off the brick teams. Some marginal kids might make it due to $$$ but nobody who is clearly a top player ever gets passed over. Facts.
That's what I've seen as well. The teams are made up of the best kids in that area and maybe a few beyond. I've seen financially loaded people cut. You can't buy a spot on most brick teams unless it's a bad team to begin with. No one is going to cut a good player for an average player with money. Most want to win this.
Anyone saying these teams are about money and relationships is bitter. Are there good players that don't make the team? Of course, there are only so many spots. And not everyone gets equal ice time either.
That's true. whatever Brick or AAA, nobody take an average player with sponsor instead of an elite player, everybody wants WIN.
OMHA is another case, relationship is first. money even not working.
if 2 average players, yes, money is working. if you thinking your kid was cut because another sponsor player, just double check is your kid enough good?
