JRC is good because they have good players. They don’t play good cohesive hockey. Hence why you have so many kids leaving and so many kids that won’t even be happy when they leave the rink as OHF champs. There is something about developing a group from a young age and not always bringing in the best of the best year after year. The teams that keep a great core and bring in small pieces here and there will be the best teams at U16. Massive exodus at JRC next year and it starts with the leader and coach. Its easy to win when you get the best players coming in every season. It’s not easy at U16 when you have that model. This will be their year and it will be their last year because the teams that build and develop will surpass them very soon. Also the program is starting to get a bad reputation so players may want to go elsewhere.
Terrible culture. Can’t wait for season to end to get out of here
How many kids are leaving jrc on their own and how many are cuts?
Jrc Terrible culture? Please elaborate?
Where is it better and how is it better?
Every team and organization has its influences, just look around!
There’s a multitude of kids playing with forged papers, separations, out of boundary, payoffs, nepotism, buddies, sponsors and bought spots etc etc
What team or organization is closest to perfect? knowing perfect doesn’t exist.
