Improved - NYR, Marlies, Titans
Declined - JRC, Nats, Sens
Titans & TRW made the most significant changes in a positive direction.
JRC, Nats made the most significant decline.
Marlies are the same or worse. Softer up front and slower on D. Back up goalie is questionable. Zero positive additions.

Totally disagree with many of these predictions.
Titans and TRW - will definitely improve. But not to the significance that everyone is touting...TRW starter has already peaked, and they have one "star" coming down...other than that additions are questionable. Titans have some solid forwards additions, but d and goalies average at best.
JRC, Nats - agree with most significant decline, will definitely suffer.
Marlies - will decline. Starter is small, backup weak. Lost many of their strongest to Titans and others.
Sens - most certainly will decline. Got rid of most of their best players, kept slow, big D and added small forwards. New goalies are a big step down from previous.
DMF - most certainly will decline. Lost both goalies, and top D. Never scored to begin with. New starter is average at best.
VK, NYR and MR - agree with NYR improving, VK and MR questionable. HW is great d but toxic in the dressing room and unpredictable, will be interesting to see how rest of team and coach responds to him
MM and Reps - MM will be the same, no significant movement. Reps will improve - new well respected coach, almost all new players, solid starter
NYR - JH will add secondary scoring. Should still be top team.
MR - HW is a huge win. Losers posting hate from the cheap seats.
VK - added 3 new pieces which will move them into 3rd
JRC - reports are this team is falling a part
TM - team won’t improve until new coach.
TRW - SE, CF and others make this team respectable
TT - new coach and new players get them out of basement
TYN - still some decent players. MT will have them compete
MS - same but different
DMF - entirely new D core and goalie.
MM - solid coach and decent kids.
Reps - can it get worse?
