Once your reputation starts to precede you, you won't have to worry about coaches inviting your kid to a skate.

Highly unlikely bud! They all want my son on their teams because he’s a leading goal scorer and a unit (like his old man) perfect combination of skill, speed and athleticism. We come from good stock. Real Canadians. Hockey is in our blood.

What they do is bring 3-4 kids to skate with their existing team at one of their practices. This happens from time to time.

But

This is the best way to get caught for tampering. If it is your teams ice time and the team paid for it bringing in other kids is asking for trouble. There are going to be parents on the current team that are paying for ice, so other kids can come in and take their spots, they will complain to the GTHL. It is pretty easy for the GTHL to investigate since it is team ice time.
