I’m sure waxers are open to look at players. Why wouldn’t they? Did they win omha’s? Guessing they want RH kids to tryout

The only reason those players played for RHC is because markham cut them already or because they don't like markham. Big winners will be APR CoW NC and the G at u13 and under.

Are you on Crack? No one pulled out. They were dissolved by the OMHA. They've been trying to stay alive.
Sorry I’m late to the story.
But why exactly did omha decide to dissolve only them?
they always roster a team in all age groups and they aren’t always the bottom?

RHC has always been a soft landing spot for kids cut from YSE as well. They always hold their last tryout late in the window to get kids cut from other associations.

The general feeling is that there aren't enough AAA players to fill AAA teams.

Hamilton is also losing a AAA team with the Huskies/Bulldogs amalgamation.

If I were to guess I'd say RHC got chosen to be dissolved because they are on the lower end of competitive teams and they don't have a lot of home grown talent on their teams... That's just speculation though.

Big impact on Waxers, Majors & YSE.

RHC first/second line would go to those teams and third line may have to play AA

They still haven't announced the Richmond Hill and King Township AAA zones.

King Township players may get zoned to YSE or Credit River.

In theory, yes. Next year, for sure

Problem is this decision was handed down days ago and all AAA parents know the other teams were finalized months ago.

Unless we see a bunch of decommits coming from those 3 teams, the RHC kids are screwed for 2023-24
