Shitty small town centres like Hamilton, Chatham, Burlington, Guelph etc etc are full of parent coaches who are completely inadequate in every way. That’s why these organizations suck in every age group. Sorry daddy, you just don’t pack the gear to get the job done. Not Allowed Off!

So what's the solution?
Had all -- parent, parent's friend and non parent paid by some parents under the table - solution is to change coaches every year unless a team gets a great coach.
