Nothing wrong with pursuing your dream.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Sep 03, 2024 7:52 amLook how many teams are signing U 18 picks this seasonGuest wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2024 4:15 pmMore money should be spent on development not hotel rooms/ meals/ gas …these kids at this age should have part time jobs after school . This would teach them about life …all these tournaments at this age is ridiculous . No scouts watching this year , very few ! Looking at goalies only at U18 draft
Kingston
Barrie
Ottawa
Peterborough
Unfortunate good coaches aren’t free

Missing the point money should be spent having the players on the ice , best coaching is in the G if you are willing to drive !

Right on…. Best place to develop. And fees are about the same as everyone else. $6000 to be 8,000.

More scouts watching games as they are all in one arena . They can watch multiple games on same day …not driving to Kingston then to Barrie !!!

U18 and scouts shouldn't appear in one sentence.

Thoughts on U18 aaa vs U18 prep route?

Prep is good if you’re school focused. Be prepared only the top 1/4 of schools have good programs and those top programs are 50-60k a year.
U 18 won’t exist in 2-3 years or will be a shell of itself. Between prep popularity and the new OHL/GOJ affiliation
